Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is used for the treatment of certain conditions or to tansform an uncomfortable mode of perception to a more comfortable level. It is a process through which you always remain in control. You cannot be hypnotised unless you want to be.

There are many different techniques for hypnotherapy, and so  your Inclusive Healing therapist will first discuss with you the methods available which pertain to your desired outcome. Your therapist will respectfully guide you through  our current relevant therapy programmes  so that you can  choose  a treatment that feels comfortable and right for you. This can be altered to a different treatment later should you wish it to be.

We recommend your sessions take place in our Healing Room where you won't be disturbed and is a lovely place to relax within. During your session, you will be encouraged to reach a  point of deep relaxation;  whilst experiencing  a deeply relaxed state  you will continue to hear your therapists voice. During the process of your session, you will be completely in control of what happens.

You cannot be hypnotised if you don't want to be and  you can instantly bring yourself out of a trance-like state if you're in any way unsettled about what is happening. At the end of your session you are most likely to feel relaxed and refreshed and be able to remember everything which happened during your session. Afterwards, you will have opportunity  for discussion with your therapist.

Some conditions may be effectively removed in one session, however, this sometimes may not be the case, in which case further treatment sessions may be pertinent to your requirements.
